How to Apply
Your path to becoming a UIJ student in five simple steps.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Begin your application by creating an applicant account on our admissions portal. You'll use this account to track your application status, upload documents, and communicate with the admissions team.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Fill out the online application form with your personal information, academic history, and program of interest. The application fee is $50 and is non-refundable.

Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Upload or request the following documents to complete your application. All documents must be official and, if not in English, accompanied by a certified translation.
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions
- Proof of English proficiency (for international applicants)
- Two letters of recommendation (for graduate programs)
- Copy of passport or government-issued ID
- Resume or CV (for graduate programs)
Step 4: Application Review
Our admissions committee reviews applications holistically, considering academic record, personal statement, recommendations, and life experience. Decisions are typically released within 4–6 weeks of receiving a complete application.

Step 5: Enroll & Activate
Congratulations! Once accepted, you'll receive instructions to activate your student account, register for courses, and pay tuition. Our student success team will guide you through orientation and your first semester.
